The Bowflex Blaze home gym has power rod technology which provides resistance training that is just as good as what you can get with a free weight workout routine. It also gives you the ability to work on strength training, which can be upgraded to higher pound amounts if necessary.
This home gym has 60 exercises that will successfully work all of your major muscle groups. Within the owner’s manual there are actually 66 pictures of the various exercises that can be done with the Bowflex Blaze home gym.
These are a combo of arm, chest, ab, back, shoulder and leg exercises that can be done within this home gym. You can work on body areas such as your hamstrings, quads, and glutes. The Bowflex Blaze contains things such as a lat tower, a sliding set rail that lets you do rowing and leg presses, ankle cuffs and numerous cable and pulley positions that you will find beneficial for your personal workout.
I like this home gym because the resistance training makes up for the free weight training. The extra weights are not needed. I don’t have to continue stepping or tripping over weights. I also don’t have to keep carrying them around and trying to find creative places to hide or store them. The Bowflex Blaze is a much heavier gym than some, but I don’t need a spotter in order to get a good workout. This is truly an added bonus because I live alone.
Another thing that I like is that the Bowflex Blaze has so many things to do all in one piece of equipment and I can do them all in one place. I don’t have to get up from my work station and walk all the way to the other side of the gym and wait for a machine just to do a different exercise or routine. The Bowflex Blaze is exactly what I need.Google+
