The Bowflex Body Tower is a perfect exercise machine for people who do not have lots of spare space, but is not going to fit in really cramped areas. It is 50 inches wide and 50 inches deep, so most people should have no trouble finding a space to set it up.
Assembling the unit is straightforward, even for people like me who often struggle with assembly. I always check first that that all the listed items are present before I start assembling anything, and the unit had everything it was supposed to have.
All the tools needed for the assembly are included. It is possible to assemble the unit yourself, but if you can get somebody to help, it can make it easier lifting some sections. The instructions suggest two people are needed. I would recommend that you assemble the unit in the location you intend to use. This is because it is quite heavy, and would be difficult to move after assembly.
The unit is best for doing upper body exercises, but can be used for other exercises as well. It comes with a chart with some exercise ideas, and owners get access to the company’s website, where they can get videos with other exercise ideas.
When the unit was set up, I thought it looked a bit flimsy, but it is actually quite sturdy. It can wobble a little on some exercises, but not enough to cause concern. It can also feel a bit cramped at first, but this sensation disappears when you get used to it. The tower is good value for money in my opinion. There is nothing really to criticize about the unit, especially after you get more familiar with it.Google+
